Pro Shop – Gold’s Gear

Located at the entrance to the entrance to the gym, the pro shop offers such essentials as t-shirts, tank tops, sports tops, exercise pants, goggles, sunscreen and water bottles. Come check out what’s in store!

Child Care Facilities

No babysitter? No problem! Our children’s area is fully equipped with plenty of toys, activities and movies. We have trained babysitters available who will play and interact with the kids, so you can relax and enjoy your workout knowing they’re in good hands.

REFLEX Food and Juice Bar

Once you’ve worked up an appetite in the gym, come have a seat at REFLEX and partake in some of our nutritious and delicious food and shake options. We also have pre-workout drinks to help get you pumped! The REFLEX staffs are very knowledgeable about nutrition and are happy to answer questions about the menu.

Waikiki Tanning

Whether you are working on a serious tan or just want to relax and soak up some tanning bed rays, we’ve got you covered! Our tanning area comes equipped with both lay-down and stand-up tanning beds, each in a private room, and it is open to both members and non-members. Click here for more information.

Nutritional Assessments

Looking to lose/gain weight, or just maintain a healthy lifestyle? Nutrition is the key to getting and keeping your body in the shape you’ve always wanted! Our nutritionist, Harlane Perley, is passionate about healthy eating and active living, and has a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences to back it up. She is available for nutritional assessments, and can get you on the track to eating right. You will be amazed at the energy and body transformation the right diet can provide!
