 Abs, Butt, Thighs is a high intensity workout with high reps that will  
  male you burn 600-800 calories easy. This is strictly an abs, butt,
  and leg workout. You will definitely get a burn! Chrisinta and Heli
  really kicks butt in this class

Cardio kickboxing  is an intensity high energy workout for those who want to kick and punch their way to improved fitness and stamina.

Group Power® is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. Hard-Ball is An interval training class that uses cardio and strength using the big core balls that will leave you feeling breathless but fantastic!!

SPin is an indoor bike ride that is proven to achieve faster weight loss than any other indoor exercise. Spinning will burn inches off your body while toning and shaping your legs and bum.
