Cardio Machines: We have 100 cardio machines   ( from Recumbant bikes, treadmills, elypticals, stairmasters, and rowers) to ensure you will never be waiting.  There are no time limits on our machine so feel free to get as much of that workout in as you want!  All our machines are equipped with personal TV’s and full cable.

Weight Room: Gold’s Gym’s weight room carries a full range of free weights, weighted body bars, Resist-a-Balls, Medicine Balls, BOSU balls, jump ropes and stretching mats to maximize your workout!

All the Machines are by Precor Icarian Machines: Precor machines are designed to provide you with a   total body workout!  They enable the user to achieve the overall benefits of strength training quickly and efficiently. Group X studio: Equipped with Reebok Steps, Reebok Core Boards, Weight Bars, Hand weights, Resist-a-Balls, Resist-a-Bands, stretching mats, yoga mats, and a GREAT SOUND SYSTEM. In addition, we are one of the only gym's to teach group classes with trampolines as well. This room has everything you could possibly need and more!

Spinning Studio: Equipped with manually  controlled resistance recumbent bicycles and a great sound system to get you going in the energy filled Spin Classes!

Our Ladies only area is one of the biggest in Calgary Perfect for women who prefer the privacy of an all-female atmosphere.

Locker Rooms: Both the men’s and women’s locker rooms are beautifully designed and equipped with private showers and a steam room in each.  Steam rooms are open 24hrs
